No experience is necessary. My classes are open to all levels, as the foundation of my classes is based on developmental patterns we learned as young children when learning to crawl, then walk, then run. We are all familiar with these fundamental patterns.

Loose fitting clothing you can move in and bare feet or socks for all classes. Bring a long-sleeved shirt for floorwork.

I passionately believe in movement and dance education for all. I recommend starting with a Somatic Movement Class (either private or group) to learn how to move your body away from pain using more beneficial movement patterns. *This is also on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me with questions or concerns and I would be happy to answer your questions.

All group classes are $20.00, Seated Somatic Movement classes are $15.00 and we offer discounts on packages. Private Somatic Movement Somatic Classes are $100 per hour.

I teach all my classes (except for community events) at Oklahoma Performing Arts (OPA) located at 718 S. Elm Pl. Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Some workshops and community events vary in location. Be sure and check the details of each class/event for specific address.
